Our Salon Policy

   Booking Fee

Your booking fee will be deducted from the full amount of your service at the time of payment at your appointment.  All online bookings that exceed 15mins require a booking fee so please consider your booking times and options carefully.  Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the appointment) and no-show bookings (appointments that you booked and did not attended) that are up to one hour including our Face book offer appointments will incur a full fee, appointment that are longer than 75minutes will incur a 50% fee

Cosmetic tattoo fees

All cancellations under any circumstances within 48 hours of any cosmetic tattoo appointment will incure a further fee between $150-$300 depending on the procedure.  Cosmetic tattoo appointments are between 1-3 hours so cancelling without enough notice means your booking then becomes double the time when we schedule your next appointment, please make appropriate plans for being called into work or maybe child minding etc,.

Like yours our time is very precious to us, we ask that you understand the importance of booking an appointment and the consequences of not showing up or cancelling one within 24-48 hours (deponding on your procedure).  Your deposit is not refundable – it is required to pay for our time that you are scheduling, a time slot that we my not be able to fill when late cancellations or no-show’s occur without sufficient notice

Our Afterpay, and Zip pay facilities are in-store only.  If you wish to use these services for your deposit you will need to phone the salon to make your booking.

Body Sculpting Packages

All body sculpting packages, ie: Fat freeze, Cavitation/RF, EMS or slimyonic are valid for three years, they are NOT REFUNDABLE but can be TRANSFERED to another person.  If you wish to transfer your package the new client must have a consultation (Free) with Nurture Beauty Boutique staff first to ensure that they are a suitable candidate

Changing appointments

If you book an appointment and then wish to change it, you can do so via the booking email that you was sent when your booking was confirmed or by ringing the salon, please DO NOT email or SMS us to cancel or change your appointment, we are busy with clients and not checking messages until the end of the day.

As our appointments are booked back to back we may need to move your appointment by 15mins, you will be notified if this is the case. If your schedule is tight and you find this an inconvenience then it would be best to phone the salon to book your appointment rather than use our online service.


Payments are made via your credit or debit card.  You can choose to save your card to the system if you wish to make it easier next time and to have a quicker checkout at your appointment.
