HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

Treatment frequency will vary depending on the size and type of area.  Typically, to achieve maxium results a course of 6-10 treatments is needed spaced out one or two weeks apart.  Don’t forget you may have been carry this extra weight for a long time, it doesn’t just disappear after one session.  Your body needs time to eliminate the fat cells gradually to work effectively.

IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME AFTER THE TREATMENT?

No. Some clients may initially experience redness in the body area; however, this will generally pass within a few hours.

HOW CAN I MAXIMISE MY RESULTS?

A personalised home care plan with a healthy diet and daily exercise of at least 20 minutes will enhance and maintain your results.  Your therapist will take you through a complete program to make the process effortless and easy for you to follow.
